B333 Privacy: Data Storage & Observations

The official website of b333. This guide explains the scope of data handling in the independent B333 demo. It distinguishes between local storage used for game state and network requests for external resources. The absence of account controls does not prove total anonymity or exclusive local processing.

Observed Data Storage

The B333 demo uses browser localStorage to persist the settled balance and fractional carry. Clearing cached files alone may leave localStorage intact. Removing this site’s local data removes the saved wallet values.

  • Settled Balance: Local data persists after settlement.
  • Fractional Carry: Persists through settlement, manual refill, and page reload.

Observing these local entries does not establish that all your data is anonymous, nor does it exclude other processing methods used by the template or third parties.

Network Requests & Fonts

The game template declares a Google Fonts stylesheet in its source. This indicates that font files may be requested from Google's servers when the page loads.

  • Scope: This is a template-level declaration.
  • Verification: The published page includes Google Fonts, Statinside counter.js with ID 44 and a noscript image at statinside.com/pixel.png?id=44. Only that image has referrerpolicy=unsafe-url. These declarations do not establish complete third-party processing or retention practices.

The presence of this request means external services may be involved in rendering, regardless of the demo's internal logic.

Account & Payment Scope

This is an independent demo guide. The following facts apply specifically to this virtual environment:

  • Account Flow: None. There is no login, registration, or account recovery.
  • Payment Flow: None. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
  • Identity: No personal data is required to play, but this does not guarantee no profiling or marketing by the template provider.

Do not assume this demo represents the privacy policy of an outside operator or app.

Wallet & Persistence

The wallet state is managed locally: A valid saved balance is loaded, including zero; 1,000 coins is used only when no valid saved balance is available.

  • Initial Balance: 1000 virtual coins.
  • Persistence: Balance persists locally. If the balance drops below 10 while idle, it manually restores to 1000.
  • Unfinished Rounds: If you reload during a round, you receive no refund and cannot resume.

This storage can persist across browser sessions while the site’s local data remains available; it is not a server account or account-recovery service.

Audience & Responsibility

This guide is intended for an 18+ audience. This is a policy of this guide, not a universal legal age or an implemented age gate in the demo.

Responsible use includes setting personal time or virtual-coin limits. The demo does not clinically train behavior or make losses safe.

Frequently asked questions

Does using localStorage mean my data is anonymous?

No. While the demo uses localStorage for balance, this does not establish anonymity. Other processing or third-party requests (like Google Fonts) may still collect data.

Can I recover my balance if I close the browser?

Yes, the balance persists in local storage. However, if you reload during an active round, it ends without refund or resume.

Is this the official B333 privacy policy?

No. This is an independent guide for the demo. It describes observed facts (localStorage, fonts) and does not represent the legal policy of any outside operator or app.
